Job Posting Headline: Mechanical Design Engineer.

Position-05

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Mandatory hands-on experience in Sheet metal design.
- Should have structural design knowledge.
- Design & Development of Enclosures (Panels) for Mounting Drives & Electrical Switchgears

and development to Switchgear.
- Handling Individual customer Projects & sheet Metal Development Drawings using AutoCAD

& Solid works.
- Electrical Cabinet Bus Bar routing drawing using solid works.
- Solving problems in the shop floor by working closely with production people involved in

fabrication, machining, assembly, and testing areas.
- Handle the job of checking and correcting the complete Bill of Materials (BOM) before it is

released to manufacturing.
- Analysing the customer drawings and preparing the BOM & preparing estimating cost of the

project.
- Preparation for Punching. Laser cutting, Fabrication and Machining Drawings using AutoCAD,

Solid works.
- R&D on Solar system, EV Charging and Battery System is added advantage.

Key Skills:
Auto CAD, Solid works hands on experience mandatory.

Work Experience (Years): 2-5 years.

Location - Ramakrishnapura Gate, Chandapur.

Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering, M. Tech in Mechanical.

CTC: 2.5-7LPA.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.10 - ₹44,348.94 per month
