**Job Summary:**

The Mechanical Sheet Metal Designer will be responsible for designing and developing sheet metal components and assemblies. This role involves creating detailed 3D models, preparing technical drawings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet project specifications and industry standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:*
- Design and develop sheet metal components and assemblies using CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
- Create detailed 3D models and technical drawings for manufacturing.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize designs for functionality, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure designs comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Review and update existing designs to improve performance and reduce costs.
- Visiting project site for carrying out assembly ,layout design and QC activities.
- Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain design documentation, including specifications, BOMs (Bills of Materials), and revision history.
- Assist in prototyping and testing of new designs to validate performance and functionality.
- Work with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure the feasibility and quality of designs.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in sheet metal design and manufacturing processes.

**Qualifications**:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering OR Diploma Mechanical.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sheet metal design, preferably in sheet metal fabrication.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes and materials.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:*
- Mechanical BE / Diploma.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
