Opening for **Sheet metal programmer - HIS** with a product & US based MNC having an engineering team in India - Bangalore (Basavangudi)

**Know about the Company**:

- Our client is a leader in providing display merchandisers, refrigeration systems, installation and services to food retailers around the world. The company is a product & US based MNC having a engineering team in India and Panasonic is the parent company.

**Position: Sheet metal programmer - HIS**

**CTC: 30% or 5LPA whichever is low**

**Experience: 2-3 years experience Sheet Metal Programming**

**Qualification: Degree in Mechanical Engineering**

**Position Summary**:
**Project Coordinator **- Responsibilities**
- Read the engineering drawings and set up the programs for the sheet metal shop to produce the parts.
- Use computer software to model cutting paths and program machines accordingly.
- Adjust machine cutting paths or settings to optimize production while maintaining quality
- Consider tools required to cut particular materials and program the machines accordingly
- Writes programs and modifies existing ones for increased efficiency
- Have strong interpersonal, communication skills in order to interact and work with USA manufacturing teams

**Additional Information**:

- At least 2 - 3 year in case of Graduation in Engineering with hands on Industry experience.
- Previous experience with Amada, RG100, Prome CAM, FBD-2, FMS, Salvagini office nest, Amada Punch, trumpf trutops, BLS shear, and punching machines.
- Strong sheet metal design experience
- Experience in using MS office tools
- Assit in improving programming throughput in sheet metal, identifying solutions to automate programs effectively.
- Individual should have good communication skills, being able to effectively communicate to both technical and non-technical with good time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, Manages workload effectively with general direction required. Have the ability to prepare and present technical solutions in order to meet customers’ requirements
