**Key Responsibilities**:
**Placement Strategy Development** Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance student placement rates and establish partnerships with prospective employers.

**Student Counseling**:Provide guidance and support to students throughout the placement process, including resume building, interview preparation, and job search strategies.

**Placement Coordination**:Coordinate placement activities, including job fairs, campus interviews, and recruitment drives, to connect students with potential employers.

Track Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of student placements, including job offers secured, companies partnered with, and placement success rates, for reporting and analysis purposes.

**Feedback Collection**:Gather feedback from employers and students to identify areas for improvement and enhance the effectiveness of the placement process.
