We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Proposal Writer with the ability to write persuasively and articulately that will serve as an individual contributor. As a proposal writer, you will source new business opportunities (RFPs/RFQs/RFIs), create a proposal according to guidelines, get necessary approvals and ensure submission before the deadline.

**Responsibilities**:
Prepares proposals by determining concept, gathering and formatting information, writing drafts, and obtaining approvals
Determines proposal concept by identifying and clarifying opportunities and needs, studying requests for proposal (RFPs), and attending strategy meetings
Meets proposal deadline by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, review, approval, and transmittal
Coordinates requirements with contributors and contributes proposal status information to review meetings
Gathers proposal information by identifying sources of information, coordinating submissions and collections, and identifying and communicating risks associated with proposals
Develops proposal by assembling information including project nature, objectives/outcomes/deliverable's, implementation, methods, timetable, staffing, budget, standards of performance, and evaluation
Writes, revises, and edits drafts including executive summaries, conclusions, and organization credentials
Maintains quality results by using templates; following proposal-writing standards including readability, consistency, and tone; maintaining proposal support databases
Obtains approvals by reviewing proposals with key providers and project managers
Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Prepares responses for sales team on sales documents, case studies, technical documents, etc
Required:
1-2 Years of experience in proposal writing
Excellent written and verbal communication
Should have past experience in proposal writing in IT.
Ability to handle multiple projects at a given point in time
Deadline-oriented
Coordinated
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
