**Job Opening: Personal Assistant (PA) - Coordination & Tally Expert**
Experience Required: 2 to 4 years
Location: Ghatkopar West
Age: 20 Yrs. to 30 Yrs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as the right hand to the manager/director for all coordination and follow-up tasks.
- Handle communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain and update records of business activities, schedules, and meetings.
- Maintain accounting entries in Tally including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare and verify GST invoices, reconcile accounts, and assist in filing returns.
- Maintain and update financial reports and ledgers.
- Organize and manage travel bookings, appointments, and office supplies.
- Follow up on pending work and ensure deadlines are met.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience as a PA, Admin Executive, or Coordinator.
- Strong hands-on experience with **Tally Prime**.
- Knowledge of basic accounting, GST, and invoice preparation.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
