**Introduction**:
As a Restaurant Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for guests, warmly welcoming them and ensuring they have an exceptional dining experience from the moment they arrive. You'll manage reservations, seat guests, and coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area.
- Communicate effectively with guests to understand their needs and preferences.
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints professionally.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of dining supplies and materials.
- Uphold restaurant policies and procedures at all times.
- Provide assistance to other staff members as needed.
