Hostess/Waitress

A hotel hostess welcomes guests, manages reservations, seats them at tables, and provides information, acting as a vital first point of contact to create a positive guest experience. Key duties include maintaining a tidy front-of-house area, coordinating with staff, handling complaints, and assisting with phone calls and inquiries. Essential skills for this role are strong customer service, effective communication, organization, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment. Key Responsibilities

• Guest Welcoming & Seating: Greet guests warmly, provide accurate wait times, and escort them to their tables or the waiting area.
• Reservation Management: Answer phone calls, take reservations, and manage daily cover registers to ensure an equitable workload for waiting staff.
• Front-of-House Operations: Keep the hostess desk and the entire dining area clean and organized.
• Communication: Serve as a central point of contact, communicating with management, chefs, servers, and other staff to ensure a smooth operation.
• Problem-Solving: Handle guest complaints professionally and bring any issues beyond their control to a supervisor's attention.
• Information Provider: Answer guest questions about the restaurant, menu, and any special events or features.
• Guest Assistance: Offer assistance to guests with coats or umbrellas, and pay special attention to the needs of children and seniors.

Pay: ₹13, ₹22,550.09 per month
