**Job Title**:Factory Supervisor & Operations Coordinator**.

**Location**:BEGRI, DOMJUR, HOWRAH - 711411.**

**Department: Factory Operations.**

**Salary Range - 20k in hand.**

**Experience - 3years in factory.**

Employment type - Full time. Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage factory floor operations, procurement, stock maintenance, and documentation. This multi-functional role requires strong organizational skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:1. Factory Supervision & Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI):

- Oversee daily factory floor activities to ensure smooth production flow.
- Monitor employee performance and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) to ensure finished goods meet customer and internal quality standards.
- Coordinate with quality control teams for corrective actions.Daily production.( Colour wise, model wise )Daily dispatch planning.
- PDI inspector.
- Loading monitoring.
- Factoring discipline.
- Attendance.
- Leave & absent monitoring.
- Factory machine care - cctv, tyre machine, compressor.
- Labour management.
- Warranty repair and despatch handling - inward & outward

1. Purchasing & Stock Keeping:

- Source and procure raw materials, tools, and other supplies as per production needs.
- Maintain inventory records and manage stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Liaise with vendors, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery of materials.Ensure proper storage, labelling, and issuance of stock items.

1. Documentation & Record-Keeping:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchases, stock movements, and production output.
- Prepare and manage production reports, inspection checklists, and compliance documents.
- Support audit and compliance requirements by organizing relevant factory documentation.
- Coordinate with administrative and finance teams for billing and procurement documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 3+ years of experience in factory supervision, procurement, or inventory management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
