We are currently seeking a proactive and dedicated individual to join our team as a Factory Supervisor. The Factory Supervisor will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations within our manufacturing facility, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and promoting a culture of productivity and safety.

**Shift**:
9 Hours Weekly Rotational Shift

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of factory workers to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor production processes to maintain quality standards and meet production targets.
- Train and mentor new employees on company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Assign tasks and schedule work assignments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery, identifying and addressing any maintenance or repair needs.
- Enforce safety regulations and promote a culture of workplace safety among all employees.
- Maintain accurate records of production output, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics.
- Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Address employee concerns and provide feedback and guidance to foster a positive work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Understanding of quality control principles and practices.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel).
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime and weekends as needed.

**Pay**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
