Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Factory Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The Factory Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the factory, meeting production targets, and maintaining high-quality standards. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the factory, including production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation

- Ensure that production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards

- Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes

- Coordinate with other departments such as procurement, maintenance, and quality control to ensure smooth workflow

- Train and supervise factory staff to ensure adherence to safety protocols and production procedures

- Oversee inventory management to optimize stock levels and minimize wastage

- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures

- Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for improving productivity and reducing costs

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Factory Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment

- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, fabrication processes, and mechanical systems

- Proficient in operating forklifts, hand tools, and power tools

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team

- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
