We need a **dynamic, creative, and strategic content creator** who can be the face of our brand, drive engagement, and execute high-performing content strategies. This role is perfect for someone who’s not just great on camera but also understands the backend of social media management, ad campaigns, and creative strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Management**: Oversee and manage social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and engagement.

**Content Strategy & Insights**: Analyze performance metrics and insights to develop a data-driven content calendar.

**On-Camera Presence**: Confidently create and present engaging video content for social media.

**Meta Ads Management**: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).

**Client Management**: Maintain strong client relationships, understand their goals, and execute social media strategies accordingly.

**Creative Designing**: Design visually appealing creatives for social media posts, ads, and campaigns.

**Deep Social Media Knowledge** - You stay ahead of trends, memes, and viral content.

**Creative & Strategic Mindset** - You can turn ideas into scroll-stopping content while keeping data-driven insights in mind.

**Basic Video Editing & Design Skills** - Familiarity with CapCut, VN, Canva, or similar tools is a plus.

**Strong Communication Skills** - You can engage and connect authentically with audiences and clients.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
