Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow Instagram and LinkedIn accounts by creating and curating on-brand content.
- Ideate creative campaigns and content strategies that resonate with our Gen Z audience.
- Organize and direct photoshoots, ensuring content aligns with the brand's vision and aesthetic.
- Collaborate with influencers and creators to drive awareness and authenticity.
- Monitor trends in streetwear, fashion, and social media to stay ahead of the curve.
- Create a content calendar, balancing organic posts with promotional content.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies for engagement and growth.
- Engage with our community, respond to comments, and help cultivate a strong online presence.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of streetwear culture, fashion, and Gen Z trends.
- Proven experience managing social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok is a plus).
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
- Experience with influencer marketing and digital collaborations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Photography and basic video editing skills are a plus.
- Ability to think outside the box and bring fresh, bold ideas to the table.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 3 years (preferred)
