Material Planning against Production plan
Monitoring of procurement & Storage on a day-to-day basis.
Supplier Development - New
Supplier Evaluation & upgradation
On time submission of Inventory on monthly basis.
Good verbal & written communication Skill.

**Responsibilities**

To negotiate rate with Vendors and place P.O. to Supplier (Local as well as Import) for all material, which may be Electrical / Electronic, Plastic, Rubber and Mechanical.
To purchase material against Capital Equipment requirement.
To coordinate for transporting arrangement of material.
To coordinate with Production/QC/Stores and Suppliers for processing of acceptance & rejection of material at Inward / in-process. To raise Rejection and Debit note accordingly.
To interact with Production & Stores for shortages on daily basis.
To maintain Material at Stores as per Minimum Inventory List and Re-order List.
To coordinate for Supplier Development /audit as and when applicable. To get approved suppliers on board through Vendor Registration process.
To evaluate existing Suppliers periodically as per purchasing procedure.
To authentication Supplier Invoices and coordinate with Accounts for releasing payments.

**Experience**
(Clearly specify the minimum and maximum experience)
Minimum 15 to 20 years’ experience in purchasing of electrical, electronic items used in manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of Mechanical & Plastic items is preferable in addition to the above.
Engineering background is preferred.

Graduate in Commerce.
Diploma or Degree in Engineering is preferred.
