**Purchase Executive/Procurement Executive**

**Location**: Mumbai

**Role Overview**:
**Core Functions**:

- As a Purchasing Executive you will be responsible for sourcing equipment, goods and services and managing vendors.

**Job Duties**:

- Procure parts and materials at negotiated rate
- Develop a supply and production plan to ensure timely delivery to our warehouse.
- Create and monitor the performance of the purchasing strategy
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
- Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms along side build a good network
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation
- Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power
- Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking
- Assess, manage and mitigate risks
- Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers
- Determine quantity and timing of deliveries
- Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand Requirements
- Proven working experience as Purchase executive and coordinating with the SCM team.
- Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management
- Maintain updated records of purchase product and delivery information and invoices.
- Working experience of vendor management

**Eligibility**:

- Experience 1 to 3 years as purchase agent/ office/ executive in the IT hardware industry
- Graduate in any stream
- Basic computer proficiency along with word, PPT and excel.

**Working Conditions**:

- Travel within Mumbai as required.
- Ability to attend and conduct presentations.
- Working Hours: 09:45 am to 6:45 pm Hrs (Monday-Friday)

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
