Knowledge of Service Now at admin level.

Should be able to Implement Request fulfillment process and infra catalog based on Clients Best Practice.

Acts as Delegated Product Owner for request fulfillment and catalog in ServiceNow.

Communicate with Stakeholders.

Significant ITSM and RFF implementation experience - Experience in Building the catalog items, workflows and task plans for infra ordering and provisioning.

Should be able to translate additional tool-requirements in user-stories.

Well versed with the tool test cases for additional tool functionality.

Experience in System Testing & Accept tool functionality for RFF and Catalog in ServiceNow. Define reporting requirements, for RFF and Catalog (both contract SLA-based reports as Operational KPI-based reports). Train key players in IT-organization (Train the trainers).

Coordinate End-2-End acceptance testing and dry runs Team player with the ITIL Expert/Foundation Level.

Experienced in Agile/Scrum development.

Assist in building and maintaining internal documentation, manuals, policies, and processes.

Experience using JavaScript, XML, and HTML;.

ServiceNow System Admin certification preferred (admin);
Capable of migrating data/configurations from development to production environment using update sets/Import sets
