Job Title:
ServiceNow ITOM Expert/Developer

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions to meet business requirements.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the business needs and develop tailored solutions.
3. Develop and maintain technical documentation for the project team and other stakeholders.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues through thorough analysis and testing.
5. Provide expert technical guidance and support to junior developers and the project team.
6. Continuously improve and optimize the design and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions based on evolving business requirements and technical advancements.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow ITOM best practices and industry trends to ensure the highest level of expertise.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation with a strong focus on ITOM modules (e.g., Service Mapping, Event Management).
2. In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow coding standards, testing, and development best practices.
3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to handle complex technical issues effectively.
4. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work closely with stakeholders and team members.
5. Ability to develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation for the project team and other stakeholders.
