As a seasoned ServiceNow ITOM expert, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing scalable ITOM solutions to meet business objectives. You will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and providing technical guidance on the feasibility of proposed solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop high-quality ServiceNow ITOM solutions that align with business goals.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and provide technical expertise on solution development.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation to facilitate seamless knowledge transfer within the team.
- Analyze complex technical issues and resolve them efficiently using your analytical skills to identify root causes.
- Provide mentorship and technical support to junior developers to foster their growth and ensure the continued success of our team.
- 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation, with a strong focus on ITOM modules such as Service Mapping and Event Management.
- Expert-level knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices, including coding standards and testing methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex technical issues into manageable components.
