ServiceNow ITOM Developer Role
The Role:

You will be part of our Software Engineering team where you will see the immediate value of your work.


Main Responsibilities
  • Design and develop cutting-edge software solutions using ServiceNow.
  • Implement components based on design documentation and functional programming specifications.
  • Evaluate implemented components for completeness, accuracy, and quality before integration.
  • Develop a solution architecture, test code, and deploy a CI/CD pipeline.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 6-8 years' experience with ServiceNow development with focus on Discovery, Service mapping, and event management.
  • Familiarity with Configuring Discovery Module for On Prem and Cloud environments, customizing OOTB discovery patterns as needed.
  • Strong understanding of Service Operating Workspace and Service Dashboard configuration.
