Database/Market Research:

- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, competitor analysis, and potential growth opportunities.
- Utilize various research methods and tools to gather data, including online surveys, focus groups, and secondary research.
- Manage and maintain databases of customer information, including contact details, preferences, and purchase history.
- Regularly update and cleanse databases to ensure accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Analyze market data and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to identify target markets, customer segments, and product positioning strategies.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing research findings, insights, and recommendations for key stakeholders.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Market Research, or related field.
- Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, conduct market analysis, and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and database management tools are preferred.
- Knowledge of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other data privacy regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Familiar with cutting edge AI assistant tools such as ChatCPT, MidJourney, etc.
