Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Lifelynk Advanced Physiotherapy Center, Hinjewadi, Pune

Hours: Part-time or Full-time shifts available (10:00 am - 3:00 pm and/or 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm, Monday to Saturday)

Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Appointment Management: Efficiently schedule and manage patient appointments to ensure smooth clinic operations.

2. Patient Registration and Billing: Conduct patient registrations and handle billing formalities with accuracy and professionalism.

3. Patient Communication: Place reminder calls to patients for appointment scheduling and follow-up feedbacks to ensure patient satisfaction.

4. Record Maintenance: Maintain patient records in compliance with clinic protocols and confidentiality standards.

5. Clinic Hygiene: Ensure the clinic environment is clean, hygienic, and welcoming for patients at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
- Resides in or near Swargate, Pune, preferred.
