Hostel Warden Female

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the **safety, security, and discipline** of all female residents.
- Provide a **welcoming and inclusive atmosphere**, respecting the multicultural backgrounds of international students.
- Monitor daily activities, manage hostel routines, and maintain hygiene and order.
- Act as the **first point of contact** in case of emergencies, medical needs, or conflicts.
- Maintain proper records (attendance, complaints, maintenance issues, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with hostel rules and regulations.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and kitchen staff.
- Mediate and resolve disputes among residents diplomatically.
- Organize periodic feedback sessions and well-being check-ins.
- Communicate with parents/guardians when required.
- Support hostel events, orientations, and cultural integration activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline (Social Work, Psychology, or Education preferred).
- Prior experience in hostel management of international students, student care, or similar roles preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Culturally sensitive and capable of interacting with students from various countries.
- Ability to stay calm and take initiative in emergencies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
