**Strategic Security Planning**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies and policies for the entire campus.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective measures.
- Collaborate with administrative and academic leadership to align safety measures with institutional goals.

**Personnel Management**:

- Recruit, train, and supervise all security personnel (guards, wardens, supervisors).
- Schedule shifts and ensure optimal deployment of security staff across the campus.
- Conduct regular drills, briefings, and performance evaluations.

**Operational Oversight**:

- Oversee the security of campus premises including hostels, academic blocks, gates, libraries, labs, and recreational areas.
- Ensure functioning and maintenance of CCTV, fire alarms, emergency systems, and biometric access controls.
- Implement and monitor visitor management systems and ID checks.

**Crisis Management & Incident Response**:

- Act as the point person for managing emergencies such as fire, theft, vandalism, or threats.
- Maintain a robust incident reporting and investigation system.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when required.

**Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, fire codes, and government directives.
- Maintain updated security records, patrol logs, and incident reports.
- Submit regular security status reports to the administration.

**Community Engagement**:

- Promote safety awareness among students and staff through seminars or communication drives.
- Address grievances related to security and take proactive measures to build a safe campus environment.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
**Essential**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; preference for military, law enforcement, or security background.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in security management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

**Desirable**:

- Retired personnel from defense/police services.
- Certification in security management, crisis response, or industrial security.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
