**Viable Outsource Solution** is a leading web and legal outsourcing company. Our company is growing fast internationally **(UK, US, Canada, Singapore**), which will give you a unique opportunity to create great growth opportunities as a **Spanish Virtual Assitant.**

**Job Location**: Noida sec-58

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Schedule**: 9pm-6am (Night Shift)
**Working days**: Mon-Sat (2nd & 4th Saturday off and on working saturdays, shift will be of 6hrs)

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Strong command of both English and Spanish.
- Have an experience in working with clients from different countries (US,UK,CANADA).
- Creating and updating the companies spreadsheet with 100% accuracy.
- Prioritizing daily workflow, including all inbound and outbound calls, quotes, and sales-related inquiries.
- Multitasking between Clients calls, drafting documents and arranging appointments.
- Creating and maintaining a large client base by meeting needs and providing exceptional customer service.
- Helping design effective marketing strategies, targeting prospective clients and new leads.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Spanish & English.
- Must be a Graduate.
- Must have 1yr of experience.
- Excellent multitasking, time management and organizational skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
