SNEHA’s Violence Prevention Program empowers women and children through rights-based, community-driven interventions, while engaging public systems to ensure justice, protection, and social security.

**About the Role**

We're looking for a dynamic training professional to design, plan, and deliver impactful training programs for community volunteers and internal staff. This role is critical in strengthening capacity around gender-based violence prevention and community mobilization in Mumbai’s informal settlements.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and deliver training modules for community volunteers (e.g. Sanginis, Mitras, PLVs)
- Conduct literature reviews and design curriculum and assessment tools
- Organize training calendars, budgets, and documentation
- Create BCC (Behavior Change Communication) materials in written/audio/video formats
- Mentor and build capacity of trainers through feedback and observation
- Support organizational capacity-building and documentation efforts

**Must-Haves**
- Postgraduate degree (preferably in social sciences or related fields)
- Experience working with underprivileged communities
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Strong communication, training facilitation, and documentation skills
- Interest in gender-related issues

**Behavioral Traits**
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent reporting, feedback, and team management abilities
- Adaptability and conflict resolution capabilities

**Desirable**
- Familiarity with Mumbai’s informal settlements and public systems
