**Job Summary**:
As a Receptionist at our center, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, setting the tone for a positive and welcoming experience. Your role will be crucial in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk and providing administrative support to our healthcare team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet patients, families, and visitors warmly and provide them with the necessary assistance.
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and filed appropriately.
- Schedule appointments, manage the calendar for treatment sessions, and send out appointment reminders.
- Coordinate with the medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and communicate any schedule changes or patient needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Handle sensitive information confidentially and with utmost care.
- Provide information and support to patients and visitors, answering questions and addressing concerns with empathy and patience.
- Assist with billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our center's services.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in medical administration or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role; experience in a healthcare setting is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Proficient in using office equipment and management software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and patient needs.
