We provide guaranteed internships, job support, and real-world client projects to make our students job-ready from Day 1. --- Role Overview As an Academic Counselor, you'll be the first point of contact for students looking to build their career in Digital Marketing & AI. Your role will focus on lead generation, student counseling, and converting prospects into enrollments. --- Key Responsibilities Lead Handling & Generation Follow up on incoming leads from Instagram, WhatsApp, calls, and walk-ins Maintain proper lead tracking using CRM & Google Sheets Initiate conversations with interested students in colleges/coaching centers Student Counseling & Conversion Explain course structure, benefits, internships, and job support clearly Help students choose the right path based on their goals and background Build trust and close sales to meet monthly enrollment targets On-ground Support & Reporting Visit nearby institutes or colleges (occasionally) to pitch course offerings Share daily reports and conversion updates with team leads Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality --- What We Expect 1-2 years of counseling or sales experience (Freshers with good communication can apply) Passion for education and confidence in converting students Excellent communication (Hindi + English), persuasive tone Familiarity with digital tools like WhatsApp Business, Excel/Sheets, CRM systems --- What You Get Fixed Salary + Incentives per conversion Performance Bonuses Free certification in Digital Marketing with AI Growth opportunity in sales, marketing, or operations Chance to be part of a mission-driven team changing the way India learns
