**Student Guidance**:

- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions with students.
- Help students identify their strengths, weaknesses, interests, and abilities through assessments and interviews.
- Assist students in setting realistic academic and career goals.
- **Academic & Career Planning**:

- Provide information and guidance on course selection, career paths, and continuing education options.
- Help students prepare for college admissions and entrance examinations.
- **Support and Resources**:

- Develop and implement academic and personal support programs, such as tutoring and mentoring.
- Provide information on resources and refer students to external organizations or professionals when needed.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and administrators to identify and address learning or behavioral issues.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain confidential records of student assessments, session notes, and academic progress.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:A Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is typically required.
- **Experience**:Proven experience in an academic advising or counseling role is beneficial.
- **Skills**:

- **Interpersonal & Communication**: Strong abilities to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
- **Empathy**: The capacity to understand students' needs and concerns.
- **Analytical**: Skills to interpret assessments and analyze student behaviors.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
