Admission Counsellor

Key Responsibilities
- **Student Recruitment & Outreach**:

- Attending college fairs and recruitment events.
- Visiting high schools and networking to find prospective students.
- Organizing and leading campus tours and information sessions.
- **Application & Enrollment Guidance**:

- Providing detailed information about academic programs, admission requirements, and financial aid.
- **Application Review & Evaluation**:

- Reviewing and verifying applicant information and materials.
- Conducting interviews with prospective students.
- Making decisions or providing input on final approvals for college admission.
- **Communication & Support**:

- Building relationships with students, families, and high school counselors.
- **Data Management & Strategy**:

- Collaborating with other counselors to achieve enrollment targets.
- Conducting research to evaluate and improve recruitment strategies.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
- **Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills**: To effectively communicate with students, families, and colleagues.
- **Customer Service Orientation**: A commitment to providing a positive and supportive experience for students.
- **Knowledge of Educational Programs**: A thorough understanding of the institution's offerings and academic requirements.
- **Proficiency with Technology**: Experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite is often required.
- **Education & Experience**: Typically a Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, along with experience in admissions counseling or a related role.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
