About the job:

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for Career Counselling of X and XII standard students across schools in Maharashtra
- Helping and guiding students to choose the right career for them based on psychometric assessment.

Working in the following core work areas:
1. One-to-one career counselling

2. Career Counselling

3. Analysing Report

4. Report writing in English.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conducting one-to-one counselling
- Mode of counselling: Online through calls/Video Calls.
- Analysing Psychometric Assessment Reports
- Career Guidance Session: 13 to 15 sessions in a day
- Other related activities

**No of Openings**:

- **Location**: Prabhat Road, Pune (On-site)
- **Education**: Any Graduation
- **Preferred Education**: B.Ed. / MA / BA/ MSW / M.Ed.
- **Experience**: Freshers
- Good Communication skills.
- **Software knowledge**: MS Office (mainly MS Excel, MS PPT, and MS Word)
- **Language Proficiency**: Marathi and English (Must)
- **Mode of counselling**: Online/ Video calling
