**Job Profile**: Career Counsellor / Business Development/ Assistant to Director / HR
**Salary**:1.0 LPA - 2.5 LPA (Negotiable)
**Location**: Pune - Aundh, Flat No - 1, Uttam Enclave, OPP to Convergys, Reliance Mall Road
**Experience**:1 to 2 yrs (Experience in Corporate Counseling preferred, Academic counseling can add value/Fresher’s should have the below skill set developed)
- Career Counselor should be able to council students/employee/fresher’s to help them achieving their suitable profession or career goal with various training module planning and helping them Re-design their career.
- Counsel students on scopes of courses
- Generating Leads through telephonic calls, mailers, seminars, social networking etc.
- Participating actively in outdoor and indoor marketing activities
- Counseling, follow-up & conversion of walk-in enquiries resulting in fresh billing.
- Converting telephonic, SMS & WEB enquiries into walk-in enquiries.
- Scheduling in-house technical/nontechnical seminars every month with a minimum student audience of 10 & Assist admission process
- Excellent skill with pleasing personality
- Develop effective working relationships with corporate peoples through regular calls and identify right person to do our business and increase the volume of transaction
- Handling Client queries & Committed, Ambitious and Friendly, Comfortable in talking to people and a good listener
- Work with and expand current prospect database within specified business sectors to generate effective leads & exceed sales targets for the business
- Understand a prospect's business needs and work with the expert teams to develop a tailored digital marketing proposal, Provide regular feedback to senior management
- Work with group to develop marketing campaigns to support Sales Strategy. Generate new business and work for company growth as well as your growth too.
- Making Outbound calls to corporate peoples, Excellent in both written and spoken English & Ability to provide information verbally clearly and effectively

Timing: 10:00 A.M to 6:30 P.M
