The Team Building Trainer will be responsible for **facilitating team-building activities** and workshops designed to improve teamwork, communication, and collaboration among participants. The trainer will lead the program, engage participants, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, while all logístical and support functions will be provided by the organizing team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Facilitation**:

- Lead and facilitate pre-designed team-building exercises and activities.
- Engage participants, ensuring active involvement and creating a positive, fun atmosphere.
- Guide discussions and debrief sessions to highlight key takeaways related to teamwork, communication, and leadership.
- **Participant Engagement**:

- Foster a sense of inclusion and teamwork among participants.
- Ensure that all members feel comfortable participating and contributing to activities.
- **On-site Leadership**:

- Act as the main point of contact for participants during the event, managing the flow of activities.
- Address any on-the-spot issues or questions related to the activities.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent facilitation and public speaking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to motivate and engage a diverse group of participants.
- Experience in team-building or group activity facilitation is a plus.

**Note**: Full support will be provided for logistics, setup, and other administrative tasks.
