Job Opening for Planning Executive Greetings At Syscon Wires we specialized in making CHQ wires for critical applications Products made from our wires support your everyday applications - 2 wheelers cars trucks EVs tractors and much more Our wires are used in country s leading top automobiles brands Our company is growing fast and needless to say our leadership team is growing fast personally and professionally If you are not afraid taking challenges head-on learning on the job and looking to make a real impact at work - Syscon is the place to be Roles Responsibilities Assist the sales team with preparing quotes proposals and presentations Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products to customers Coordinate with the production logistics and finance teams to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time Maintain accurate records of sales orders customer interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system Serve as the primary point of contact for customers addressing inquiries resolving issues and providing updates on order status Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction Handle customer complaints or concerns with a focus on resolving issues promptly and maintaining customer trust Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the management team Assist in the preparation of sales targets and performance metrics Coordinate sales meetings conferences and training sessions Communicate effectively with the sales team providing them with necessary information and support to achieve their targets Liaise with marketing to ensure alignment between sales campaigns and marketing strategies Ensure all sales documentation including contracts invoices and purchase orders are accurate and comply with company policies Manage and maintain organized records of all sales-related documents Assist in the preparation of legal and compliance documents as needed Required Candidate profile Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or a related field 1-3 years of experience in a sales coordination or sales support role preferably in the manufacturing or steel industry Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Desired Skills Experience in the steel industry or a related field Familiarity with ERP systems and sales software Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn Excellent communication and listening skills Excellent computer skills MS Word PPT Excel Organizational and Leadership abilities Should be residing in or nearby Khopoli Experience 1-3 years Skills 1 Communication 2 Multi-Tasking 3 Problem solving 4 Self-Motivated 5 Presentation skills Location Khopoli Raigad Maharashtra Job Type Full-time Salary Rs 15000 To Rs 25000 Per month If your profile matches with our ongoing requirement OR if you have similar experience in the same industry please Email your resume on hr1 sysconwires com Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Khopoli Maharashtra Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package Required Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Sales Coordination in steel manufacturing 1 year Preferred total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
