**Graphic Designer & Video Editor - Real Estate**

**Salary**: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000/month

**About the Role**

Genesis Realcap is seeking a **creative visual storyteller** with expertise in designing graphics and editing videos for real estate promotions, social media, brochures, and campaign assets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design banners, reels, brochures, flyers, and digital ads
- Edit walkthrough videos, drone footage, testimonial clips, etc.
- Collaborate with digital marketing team for campaign visuals
- Maintain visual brand identity across all platforms
- Adapt creatives for print, digital, and outdoor formats as required

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Canva
- Strong design portfolio with real estate, architecture, or luxury segments preferred
- Ability to deliver **quick turnarounds** and high-quality work
- Knowledge of motion graphics is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
