**Responsibilities**:

- **Design Creation**:

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- **Project Ownership**:

- Take ownership of design projects from ideation to production.
- Create sketches, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Conduct user research and testing.
- Present design concepts to the team for feedback and approval.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Innovate and improve design processes, tools, and techniques to deliver high-quality work efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
- **Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum of **1.5 years of experience** in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in design software such as **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign), **Figma**, or similar tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
- **Additional Information**:

- Location: Yelahanka, Bengaluru
- Knowledge of **Corel Draw** and **Basic Office** is desirable.
