Job Summary:
The Online Bidder plays a crucial role in securing new business opportunities for the IT company by effectively bidding on online platforms and engaging with potential clients. This role requires a combination of business acumen, communication skills, and knowledge of the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Bid Management:

- Identify and analyze potential business opportunities on online platforms such as freelancing websites like (upwork, pph) job portals, and other bidding platforms.
- Prepare and submit persuasive and competitive bids in response to client requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for quotations (RFQs), and other tender documents.

2. Client Interaction:

- Clarify doubts, provide relevant information, and address client concerns to build rapport and trust.

3. Market Research:

- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.
- Analyze client needs and tailor bid proposals to showcase the company's strengths and capabilities.

4. Proposal Development:

- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, technical, and management, to gather information and insights for crafting compelling proposals.
- Ensure that proposals align with client requirements and highlight the company's value proposition.

5. Negotiation and Contract Closure:

- Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Work towards contract closure and facilitate the handover of projects to the delivery team.

6. Documentation:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of bids, proposals, and client interactions.
- Prepare reports and summaries for management to track the success rate and performance of online bidding activities.

7. Relationship Building:

- Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Participate in networking events, webinars, and online forums to expand the company's reach and visibility.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Online Bidder or similar role in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT services, software development, and technology trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Familiarity with online bidding platforms and processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
