We are seeking a talented and motivated Female Online Bidder to join our team. As an Online Bidder, you will be responsible for acquiring new business opportunities and managing online bidding platforms to secure projects or contracts. Your exceptional communication skills, persuasive abilities, and business acumen will be key to your success in this role.

**Responsibilities**:
Online Bidding: Utilize various online platforms such as freelancing websites, job portals, and social media to identify potential clients and bidding opportunities.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, fostering trust and credibility.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential market segments to target.

Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and secure profitable projects.

Documentation: Prepare and maintain necessary documentation related to bids, contracts, and client interactions.

Collaboration: Coordinate with the internal team, including project managers, developers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and deliverables for proposals.

**Requirements**:
Experience: Proven experience as an Online Bidder or in a similar role, with a strong track record of successfully securing projects or contracts.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals and engage clients effectively.

Business Acumen: Solid understanding of various industries, market dynamics, and client requirements to tailor proposals accordingly.

Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes while maintaining positive client relationships.

Time Management: Effective time management skills to handle multiple bids simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Tech-savviness: Proficiency in using online bidding platforms, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
