**Hiring Online Bidder/Business Development Executive **

**Eligibility criteria**:
**For Freshers**:
1) Excellent written/ verbal communication.
2) Must be from an IT background (BCA/MCA/Btech.)
3) Excellent negotiation and convincing skills.

**For Experience**:
1) Must have 6 months - 1-year relevant exp as Online Bidder.
2) Must be familiar with the bidding portals like Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, etc.

**Responsibilities**:
1) Generate leads through the bidding portals like Upwork, Guru, and Freelancer.
2) Understand the requirements of the clients, write project proposals & provide relevant solutions.
3) Coordinate with the technical team, review client's feedback, and implement necessary changes.
**No of openings: 2**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
