**Job Summary**:The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales and market share growth within their assigned region. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to manage sales activities, develop and maintain relationships with key customers, and achieve sales targets. The SO will play a critical role in expanding E3 Grass Company's presence and reputation in the market.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy and Execution**:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned area.
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments to drive growth.
- Conduct market analysis to understand competitors and market trends.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with new and existing clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Business Development**:
- Identify and target potential clients in various sectors, including residential, commercial, sports facilities, and landscaping.
- Develop proposals, presentations, and sales contracts tailored to customer needs.
- Represent E3 Grass Company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote products and services.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the Regional Sales Director to align sales strategies and objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and installation of products.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
