**Job Overview**

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Proven experience in airline ticketing and airline reservations.
- Proficient in using the Amadeus system for booking and reservations.
- Extensive experience in hotel booking and travel management.
- Ability to manage branch operations and coordinate with different teams.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must have skills: Airline Ticketing, Amadeus, Airline Reservations, Hotel Booking, Travel Management, Branch Management.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Overseeing and managing the airline ticketing and reservations process.
- Coordinating with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to ensure smooth arrangements.
- Managing branch operations and ensuring efficient workflow.
- Providing excellent customer service and handling client inquiries and complaints.
- Training and mentoring junior staff members in ticketing and reservations procedures.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, travel regulations, and industry trends.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures related to travel management.
- Preparing and presenting reports on travel operations and performance to senior management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
