**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Counsel NEET aspirants and parents on MBBS admission options: Govt. colleges, private colleges, deemed universities, and foreign universities.
- Provide complete guidance on the NEET counseling process (AIQ & State Quota).
- Stay updated with the latest NEET seat availability, cut-offs, fee structures, and admission regulations.
- Maintain regular follow-up with interested leads and convert them into admissions.
- Assist students with documentation, form filling, college selection, and admission procedures.
- Organize webinars, seminars, and live sessions to educate aspirants.
- Maintain CRM and reporting tools to track student journeys and conversions.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Education, Counseling, or Science background).
- Minimum **2 years of experience** in education counseling (medical preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of NEET UG exams, MBBS admission procedures, and colleges in India and abroad.
- Excellent communication skills in **Hindi and English** (regional languages are a plus).
- Strong convincing and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable using CRM, Google Sheets, and video conferencing tools.
- Those who’ve worked with **educational consultancies, coaching centers, or admission support platforms**.
- Self-motivated individuals with a target-driven approach.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
