We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced **Quality Control Executive** to oversee and ensure that all furniture products meet our quality standards and client specifications. The QC Inspector will inspect raw materials, in-process items, and finished furniture pieces for defects, adherence to specifications, and compliance with internal and external standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Quality Assurance & Inspection**
- Perform in-process and final inspections of furniture products to ensure conformance to quality standards and specifications.
- Monitor product quality across all stages of production (raw material, in-process, finished goods).
- Develop and implement inspection plans and sampling procedures.

**5S Implementation**
- Ensure strict adherence to 5S principles in the QC department and across production areas.
- Conduct periodic audits and follow-ups for sustained 5S compliance.

**Problem Solving & Root Cause Analysis**
- Perform root cause analysis using 4M methodology (Man, Machine, Material, Method) for quality issues.
- Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve quality concerns.

**Poka Yoke (Error-Proofing)**
- Identify areas prone to defects and implement Poka Yoke techniques to eliminate human errors and process variation.

**Kaizen & Continuous Improvement**
- Lead and participate in Kaizen initiatives for process and quality improvements.
- Suggest innovative solutions to enhance product quality and reduce wastage.

**Control Plan & SOPs**
- Prepare, review, and update Quality Control Plans for various processes.
- Draft, maintain, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to quality processes.

**HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment)**
- Conduct HIRA for quality processes to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with safety standards.

**Reporting & Documentation**
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and non-conformance reports.
- Prepare and share quality reports with management and relevant departments.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or relevant discipline.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years in QC in furniture manufacturing or similar wood/metal product industries.

**Working Conditions**:

- Factory/shop floor environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, and inspect for extended periods.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
