Front Office Executive

The Front Office Executive will manage all front desk operations and be the primary point of contact for guests. This role includes handling reservations, guest check-ins/outs, and coordinating with other departments to ensure an outstanding guest experience in a boutique, 10-room resort environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Guest Services**:
- Welcome and greet guests, providing an inviting and professional atmosphere.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, managing guest requests and issues promptly.
- Provide information about resort amenities, local attractions, and other services.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively enhance the guest experience.
- **Reservations and Booking Management**:
- Ensure accurate and timely input of bookings into the reservation system.
- Confirm and prepare for all upcoming reservations, ensuring that special guest requests are noted and coordinated with the relevant departments.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Maintain guest records, check-in/check-out processes, and billing documentation.
- Prepare daily reports for management, including occupancy, room rates, and revenue figures.
- Coordinate guest services, including room service requests, housekeeping, and maintenance as needed.
- **Guest Account and Billing Management**:
- Ensure accuracy in guest billing, including room rates, additional charges, and payment processing.
- Address and resolve billing queries or discrepancies with professionalism and accuracy.
- **Communication and Coordination**:
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and resolve maintenance issues.
- Relay guest feedback to management and suggest improvements to enhance guest experience.
- Liaise with local vendors and partners as needed for guest services (e.g., transportation, dining reservations, and tours).
- **Safety and Compliance**:
- Follow all safety and security protocols to ensure guest and staff safety.
- Maintain compliance with resort policies and local regulations, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: diploma or degree in Hotel Management
- **Experience**: 2 to 3 years in front office from reputed hotels
- **Skills**:
- Strong verbal and written communication in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in reservation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
