**About this role**:
This position is for experienced researchers interested in conducting quantitative research, analysis and reporting using proprietary benchmarking and survey data. Quantitative team members enjoy exposure to the full array of data related work: data management and quality; benchmarking and forming surveys; quant modeling; quantitative insight generation and some exposure to advanced data management tools and techniques focused on peeling apart ideas in search of insight.

**What you will do**:

- Lead and promote best practice in design, execution, process & delivery of diagnostic and benchmarking products
- Communicating and presenting analytical insights to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Develop a First Team culture - work closely with peer managers to build trust, encourage teamwork and identify synergies to capitalize for highest impact
- Walk clients through the entire value chain system of benchmarking and diagnostic products.
- Build quantitative methodology proposals that use inferential Statistical/Econometric models to validate research hypothesis and create actionable insights for clients
- Lead the design and creation of primary data collection instruments (surveys, web data, etc.), sampling methodologies, and quantitative models
- Build research study narratives by complementing data-driven insights with industry-leading best practices sourced from clients

**What you will need**:

- MBA or master’s degree or Ph.D. in Economics / Statistics / other related fields.
- Good Know how of Statistical techniques like Regression/Co-relation etc is a must
- 5-7 years of experience at a leading research / data analytics / business intelligence / consulting firm.
- Demonstrated ability to teach and relay ideas, engage clients and work in global teams
