**Responsibilities**:

- Procurement Officer / Executive- Execution and monitoring of all purchasing needs.
- Responsible for the preparation and process of the Purchase Orders
- Maintain all completed and updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.
- Source, select and negotiate for the best purchasing package with suppliers, and/or service providers.
- Maintenance of approved Supplier / Vendor list, master file & relevant document in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
- Coordination with suppliers and forwarders in shipping and order processes and customs procedures related on timely deliveries.
- Coordinate and support all internal departments with quotations in terms of products and services.
- Monitoring, follow-up, and updating shipping schedules with suppliers.
- Prepare cost price for management
- update stock raw material report.
