Solutions Architect

This Job Role addresses the following activities
- Define the business case for solutions. Assist in the design of solutions in order to help with prototyping and development, and take solutions through to launch.
- Lead architectural solutions including establishing reference models, standards, processes and architectural blueprints.
- Lead technical discussions with architects, software developers and other technical stakeholders.

**Job Accountabilities**
- Responsible to provide technical advice and expertise as well as maintaining architectural integrity for all solutions.
- Define solution design principles, guidelines, standards and solution patterns, and ensures their adoption and use.
- Facilitates architecture design reviews to ensure solution designs meet functional and non-functional requirements, such as security, compliance, system scalability and reliability.
- Responsible to maintain the agreed turnaround time for new features development and bug fixes.
- Adopt Agile delivery practices, CI/CD pipelines for all new developments.
- Vendor identification, evaluation and selection.
- Tools and technology identification, evaluation and selection.
- Best practices identification and adoption.
- Responsible to mentor and develop team members to improve technical skills.

**Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills)**
- 10+ years’ experience in software development with broad knowledge of full SDLC including DevOps.
- 5+ years’ experience in defining software and solution architectures for complex systems in.NET, Java, PHP & other web technologies.
- Exposure to multiple and diverse technologies and environments. A good understanding of open source based technologies, micro services, event driven architecture.
- Ability to lead architectural solutions including establishing reference models, standards, processes and architectural blueprints.
- Strong knowledge of software system integration technologies and API patterns.
- Experience implementing Web Service Integration (REST v2, SOAP), APIs and micro services.
- Extensive experience creating technical documentation via models and technical drawings e.g. UML, Archimate.
- Knowledge/experience of other Agile approaches: Scrum, XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc.
- Preferably certified in Architecture Frameworks such as TOGAF.
- Should be effective communicator with exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to relate to people at any level of business and management and significant experience working with customers, project managers, product owners and technical teams for securing & executing concurrent projects.

**Key Attributes (Experience and Qualifications)**
- Graduate from a reputed/recognized institute (BE/B. Tech in IT / Computer Science Engineering)
- 10+ years of experience in Product development, Software project management using Agile methodologies.
- Should have 5+ years of domain knowledge in product development for Freight Aggregation business.
- 5+ years of experience in Software development using.net framework - MVC/Core, Micro services, Java, PHP & other web technologies.
- Ability to lead architectural solutions including establishing reference models, standards, processes and architectural blueprints.
- Preferably certified in Architecture Frameworks such as TOGAF.

**Salary**: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year

- Navi Mumbai - 400701, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:
