**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide end-to-end support on shipping documentation, schedules, and related services.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of customer queries.
- Maintain records and reports using MS Word and Excel.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and accurate responses.
- Follow up with clients and maintain good working relationships.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 2 years of experience** in a **customer service role within the shipping/logistics industry**.
- **Graduate** in any discipline (mandatory).
- Proficiency in **MS Office** (Word and Excel).
- Excellent communication skills in **English** (verbal and written).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
