**Position Title: Sales Executive**

**Reporting To: Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager**

**Employment Type: Full-Time**

**Job Summary**

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and ensuring the market presence of the

company’s IMFL (Indian Made Foreign Liquor) and CL (Country Liquor) products within an assigned

territory. The role includes engaging with wine shops, bars, and retail liquor outlets to promote and

visibility and drive customer engagement within their mapped area.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Sales and Business Development

Achieve assigned sales targets for IMFL and CL product categories on a monthly, quarterly,

and annual basis.

Identify and on board new wine shops, bars, and retail outlets as customers.

Ensure product availability and placement in all assigned outlets.

Develop strategies to increase sales volume and market penetration in the territory.

2. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with wine shop owners, bar managers, and retail

outlet owners.

Conduct regular visits to customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or

requirements.

Provide timely follow-ups on customer inquiries, orders, and delivery schedules.

3. Market Promotion Activities

Organize and participate in promotional events such as tastings, in-store campaigns, and bar

activations to create brand awareness.

Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional plans effectively.

Monitor and report on the success of promotional activities and suggest improvements for

future campaigns.

4. Market Intelligence and Analysis

Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities within the assigned area.

Collect feedback on product performance and market demand from customers and distributors.

Provide actionable insights to the Sales Manager to support strategic planning.

5. Compliance and Reporting

Ensure all sales activities comply with local government regulations and company policies

related to the liquor industry.

Maintain detailed records of sales, customer interactions, and promotional activities.

Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager.

6. Inventory and Payment Management

Monitor stock levels at customer outlets and coordinate with the supply chain team for

timely replenishment.

Ensure timely payment collection from customers and manage outstanding accounts within credit terms.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**

Achievement of monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.

Increase in the number of active customer accounts.

Effectiveness and impact of promotional activities in driving sales.

Growth in market share and product placement in the assigned area.

Customer satisfaction and retention rates.

**Qualifications and Skills**

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.

Additional certifications in sales or marketing (preferred).

**Experience**

2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the liquor, FMCG, or retail industry.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

**Skills**

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Proficiency in market research and competitor analysis.

Capability to organize and participate in promotional events.

Strong time management and organizational skills.

**Other Requirements**

Familiarity with liquor market regulations and trends.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.

Valid driving license.

Proficiency in local languages is a plus.

**Work Environment**

The role is field-based, requiring frequent visits to wine shops, bars, and retail outlets.

May require evening hours or weekend availability for promotional activities and customer

meetings.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,864.83 per month
