RAM Antivirus Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and results-driven**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound telecalling to potential international customers.
- Provide product information, offer solutions, and respond to customer inquiries.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify potential leads and follow-up strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on RAM Antivirus products and market trends.
- Assist in handling customer concerns and provide post-sales support when necessary.
**Required Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in telecalling and customer handling.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Previous experience in telecalling or sales is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
