Job Description

This is with reference to the requirement for this position which is very critical for LCS Contract Business. As the current resource is moving to new role and there is no billing administrator role currently in LCS Operations apart from him. Following are the tasks which is required to be performed which is critical for LCS Business to be executed in SAP.

A) SAP Contract Review and Release after validation in terms of PO, Contract Type, Contract Duration, and correct offerings.

B) Monthly DMR Review. Debit Memo Request

C) Monthly utilization confirmation Activities for CSM FSE Engineers around 200 confirmations happens in a month which is a regular exercise and billing admn performs in SAP.

D) Contract Invoices submissions to Cusotmer.

F) Issuance of Credit Notes from SAP- Cancellation/Relogs

Rockwell Automation’s hybrid policy aligns that employees are expected to work at a Rockwell location at least Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays unless they have a business obligation out of the office.
